1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") and any coaching or lessons you book with us. The Site is operated by Jared Robinson, a sole trader trading as "All Court Padel" ("All Court Padel", "we", "us" or "our").

By using the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, or booking coaching with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

You can contact us at info@allcourtpadel.com.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;

  • introduce viruses or other harmful material; or

  • copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, branding, logos, images, and the "All Court Padel" and "Take the NET" names — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

4. Our newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Coaching and lessons

The following terms apply when you book coaching or lessons with us.

5.1 Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you and you have completed any payment or deposit we require. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee specific times or availability.

5.2 Fees and payment

The fees for coaching and lessons will be as agreed with you at the time of booking. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due [insert when payment is due, e.g. "in full at the time of booking" or "before each session"]. We accept payment by [insert accepted payment methods].

5.3 Cancellations and rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least [insert notice period, e.g. 24 or 48 hours'] notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full or may forfeit any deposit. [Adjust to your actual policy.]

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule — for example, due to weather, court availability, illness, or other circumstances — we will offer you an alternative session or a refund of any fees paid for that session.

5.4 Health, fitness, and assumption of risk

Padel is a physical sport that carries an inherent risk of injury. By taking part in coaching or lessons, you confirm that:

  • you are physically fit and able to take part, and you have no medical condition that makes participation unsafe (or, if you do, you have told us and obtained medical advice);

  • you take part voluntarily and accept the ordinary risks associated with physical activity and racquet sports; and

  • you will follow our reasonable instructions and any venue rules during sessions.

Please tell us about any relevant health conditions or injuries before a session so we can coach you appropriately.

5.5 Conduct

We want sessions to be safe and enjoyable for everyone. We may end a session without refund if your behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or seriously disruptive.

6. Disclaimers

Content on the Site and shared during coaching is provided for general guidance only. While we take care to give good coaching and accurate information, we make no guarantees about specific results or improvements in your performance.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law.

Subject to that, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms, and we are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow safety instructions or disclose relevant health information.

We strongly recommend you have your own appropriate insurance for taking part in sport.

8. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites, and links do not imply our endorsement.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last revised. By continuing to use the Site or our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
